When
Jason told me that I would be seeing results within a couple of
weeks, I was skeptical. I've heard all the usual claims and I know
that there is no quick fix. But what I enjoy about WLT is the emphasis
on changing bad habits rather than losing weight instantly. With
help, motivation and a positive attitude from Jason and the group,
I really feel like I'm achieving my goal. I look forward to my exercise
and I see it as something I'm doing for myself, rather than trying
to fit into my clothes. It's great fun! No matter what my mood is
when I walk into a WLT session, it's sure to be a good one when
I leave. And as it turns out, Jason was right. I have seen results
in just a few short weeks, and I'm really looking forward to seeing
what I can achieve in terms of a healthy and energetic lifestyle
in the future.

BX-fitness, Kickboxing classes are fantastic!! It
is an extremely great and fun way to keeping fit.
With the dedication and help from the instructors, my technique
and stamina are improving on every class.
I love the 'de-stress' factor especially after a hard day' at work.
I have recommended friends who have also enrolled in the class and
I would definitely recommend more.

Kickboxing
was completely new to me, but through the patient instructors at
Beyond Xtreme I've grown to love it within the first few classes.
The free trial classes that they offer should not be missed!
The classes are relatively small so we get ample attention, and
they're conducted in a friendly yet exciting environment to keep
the adrenaline pumping for the full 1 hour!
It's a great way to sweat it out, and the reasonable fees are welcoming
for all, including students. For those who wish to take up a new
and cool hobby - Look no further : Beyond Xtreme is the place to
be!

Got
to know about Beyond Xtreme’s kickboxing through my school's
project work and yup I got a new insight to something I never knew
much about... Kickboxing is a fun workout which teaches us moves
that not only help us to lose weight but also help defend ourselves.
The first lesson was interesting as I never got to experience it
before and the instructor, Jason was really nice and friendly which
adds to the atmosphere of the class. Overall, I enjoyed my time
and I must say it’s a great workout but maybe a little tiring.
It’s great for de-stressing, too... I strongly recommend that
you try out the free trail kickboxing to experience it and love
it!! I never regret trying out!! =)

I
had a terrific time at the kickboxing session!
Jason, the instructor, was very engaging and built up the atmosphere
with his great personality – great sense of humour, making
the session extremely enjoyable. He definitely has a lot of experience
in kickboxing, too. He was also very patient in teaching the participants
the correct way of executing the various kickboxing techniques.
I never had any experience in kickboxing, so this was the 1st time
I was trying it out. I really learned a lot about kickboxing in
just one lesson, and it eliminated many misconceptions I had about
kickboxing – that is it boring and very tiring. To my surprise,
it is similar to taekwando, a martial art form which I had learnt
before. p.s. Especially for the guys, it is great in building up
your physique.
The session was definitely informative and educational. I learnt
so much about kickboxing in just one session. I can’t imagine
how much more information I will receive in the actual classes!
To all youths out there, go check out their free trial class and
experience it yourself! You’ll really have fun!
