I first got to know Jason and Roy via kickboxing Classes. After a few months of lessons with them, I found them very helpful, dedicated and passionate in their work. It was then that I decided to take up the Personal Training (PT) course with them. There were altogether 10 sessions with Jason taking the first 5 lessons that focused on strength and build up and Roy taking the next 5 lessons that focused on power and functional training. The lessons consisted of a variety of weight training, cardio, circuit trainings and kickboxing. On top of that, there was also a food plan that was specially designed by them to facilitate weight loss. Jason and Roy were very helpful and encouraging throughout the whole session and they would follow up even after the PT was over. When I hit a plateau, both of them would adjust and fine-tune the session to tide me over the plateau. Useful advice was frequently exchanged over SMS. All in all, I lost about 10kg in a short time frame and it was really good to hear my friends commenting on my weight lost and how they were so amazed to see the "new" me. After taking up the Kickboxing WLT, I became more aware of eating right and exercising regularly. These days, I am not only eating more healthily, I have also adopted a consistent exercise regime of kickboxing, running and working out at the gym on a weekly basis.
