MYTHS AND FACTS

Myth #1
Women will get bigger and more muscular when they do Kickboxing Classes.

Fact #1
Women will NOT get bigger and more massive but lean and more tone as they have greater amounts of ESTROGEN than TESTOSTERONE. Men on the other hand have more TESTOSTERONE that accelerates muscle mass (therefore the bulky effect).


Myth #2
Kickboxing Classes are only for men.

Fact #2
Kickboxing is for both MEN and WOMEN . Actually more women are taking it up as it provides them a 2-1 punch by getting them into shape quicker (due to its aerobic and anaerobic nature) and subconsciously delivering defence skills through it’s classes.

P.S. 90% of our actively participating students are in fact ladies.
